Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate shipping address as we are not responsible for undeliverable packages. If a customer would like for an order to be resent with an updated address, the customer agrees to pay for the new shipping fees incurred to reship the item.

Shipping Carrier:

  • We primarily use USPS or UPS for shipping our packages.
  • Once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, we have limited control over its transit and delivery.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver your items on time, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur during transit, which are beyond our control.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
  • For any updates or inquiries regarding your package's location, please refer to the tracking information provided.

Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, you may file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
  • Upon request, we will provide you with the necessary information and support to initiate your claim.
  • Please note that Elle Jae Essentials is not responsible for refunding or replacing items lost during shipping.
  • Any refund will be issued based on the amount awarded through the claim process with USPS or UPS.
  • Products may melt when exposed to high temperatures. We are not responsible for items melted during transit. Due to the natural nature of our products, there may be instances where the product melts during shipping. If this happens, please refrigerate for 2 hours and the product will solidify.  The product may look like there is less in your jar and this is due to the melting. To return your product to a fluffy state, you can re-whip it with a hand mixer without compromising the integrity of your product. The quality and benefits of our natural ingredients are not affected by melting or freezing.
