2022 Updates from the CEO

Hey SunflowHERs!  

This year we will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary and business and we’re applying HEAVY pressure with everything we’ve learned! 

Last year we sent out a customer survey and learned so much about why you all love Elle Jae as much as you do, and they easy we can improve for you. Since then, we’ve been slowly but surely implementing the changes you all have requested. 

A few of our most recent changes include:

• Face to Face Sampling is available at the Skincare Boutique! Many requested the option to smell before buying and we have samples of all products available for you. For store hours and updates, please visit our store page here: 
• New Labels that are truly waterproof, oil-resistant, and almost indestructible! No more scratches o labels or ink rubbing off. We’re also working on the terms for a potential trade-in program for products purchased with our old labels. 
• More time to shop limited edition products. We’re bringing you new fragrances all year and frequent restocks of limited edition scents! If you have a favorite Elle Jae scent that is out of stock, go to the product page and sign up for restock alerts! Simply click ‘Notify Me When Available’ for an email when more inventory is available.
